This character is one of the girls from the Anime edit. This is Roxanna (though i do believe she has brown hair in the group one cause brown looked better at the time though she normally does have blonde hair XD)

Pretty good pic i think my colouring skills are getting better ^_^ yay joy. Though the belt probly need some more detail...hahahaha.

Used illustrator and photoshop the background was created using a brush ... cause i have no idea bout drawing clouds XD
